This is the general layout of the JACC web site as of October 2009.
HOME
General up-to-date JACC news from various sections of the overall site. Will include Twitter widget, Google calendar widget, Facebook widget and important links.
CONFERENCES
The main page will include news about multiple conferences, including summaries of conferences. Individual conference pages contain items specific to the conference, including archived information. Sub-pages include:

- State Conference
CONTESTS/AWARDS
Includes summaries of various JACC contests and special awards, including lists of past winners and download links for contest guidelines. Also featured will be current contest news, including news of JACC school winners from other organizations (general news). Note: Mail-In and On-the-Spot/Bring-In award winners, including past winners, are on the conferences pages. Downloads include Mail-in Preparation Guidelines, Mail-In Criteria, On-the-Spot Criteria, Contest Proposal form, and Scholarship Application.
DIRECTORIES
The main feature is an interactive membership directory, but also included are other directories, such as online publications and Twitter follows as pull-down.
ABOUT JACC
Main features will include minutes of board meetings, board member listings, constitution, Canons of Journalism, and history of JACC.
MEMBER SERVICES
Main features will include news of scholarships, survey results, download links to JACC publications (policy manual, survival guide, etc.), and tutorial/educational links. Will include a journalism events calendar will list JACC dates and other organization conferences/dates. This page will also include member application info/invoicing in the future.
ALUMNI SERVICES
This page features a directory of the new alumni membership, including online application form. Eventually should contain news about alumni.
VENDORS INFO
IThis page includes information aimed at potential conference/convention vendors.
GENERAL NEWS (hidden)
This hidden page will serve as a repository for general news items that will show up on other pages throughout the site.
STORE
This is a proposed new page for the future that will allow web site users to buy books, JACC memorabilia and more. Probably not coming until spring 2010.
