Legacy Membership Levels

•Basic Legacy Member

This option is for those who would like to be a part of JACC's database and stay in touch with JACC events and participants. Price for Basic Legacy Membership: $25 per year

•Gold Legacy Member

Members of this level will give receive twice-annual updates of what's going on with JACC. Price for Gold Legacy Membership: $50 per year

•Platinum Legacy Member

Premium members support JACC with a $150 annual donation. They receive a twice-a-year JACC electronic newsletter and a free JACC T-shirt or other gear. Premium members are honored as supporters each year in the state convention program. Price for Premium Legacy Membership: $150 per year
